     Judge Kim Cooks has been a licensed attorney for 23 years and a Texas District Court Judge for the past 10 years. Judge Cooks was a trial attorney for 13 years in Criminal, Family, and Civil. She currently presides over Criminal, Family, and Civil Cases. On the bench, Judge Cooks has an unwavering commitment to ensuring fairness, justice, and dignity when adjudicating cases. She is dedicated to upholding the integrity of the Judiciary. 

      Judge Cooks is also a licensed medical technologist, a licensed realtor, a mediator, a certified personal trainer, a professional body builder, a mentor, a public speaker, and a social media influencer. Judge Cooks has been serving the Dallas Community for over 20 years, working tirelessly to make it a better place for everyone and for the next generation.
